What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy or hypnosis uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. It addresses root cause of the issue being addressed whether it lies in the current or past life.
It is a technique that is utilized to aid the treatment of different specific symptoms or conditions.
Hypnotherapy works by inducing a hypnotic state that is marked by heightened awareness in which people are detached from their external surroundings and focus on inner experiences instead.

What are the common concerns that Hypnotherapy addresses?
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Fears & Phobias
  • Sleep disorders
  • Relationships & Communication
  • Pains & aches
  • Sexual Dysfunction
  • Emotional Trauma
  • Stress Management

& so many more.

How does Hypnotherapy work?

During a hypnotherapy session, individuals go into a trance-like state that helps them focus their mind, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed.

During the process:

-The therapist guides the individual to visualize himself/herself in a more peaceful and relaxed state of mind, even while confronting concerns, past issues, or fears.

-The therapist helps make important behavioral changes to tackle these fears or issues.

-Pertaining to the issue being dealt with, the individual is taught certain cognitive behavioral skills and coping mechanisms which can be incorporated when confronting your fears or issues.
